Architecture Summer Camp

Welcome to our Summer Architecture Camp! Throughout this exciting program, we'll dive into the world of renowned architects and their iconic homes. Kids will have the chance to design their dream home and bring it to life through a scaled architecture model, including landscape design. Private Architecture Classes

Enjoy customized, 1-on-1 private architecture class! Personalized learning aims to customize learning for each student’s strengths, needs, skills and interests. In this class students will be introduced to the basics of architecture and design. First, students will explore famous architects, building types and iconic buildings from around the world. Then, they will learn the fundamental elements of designing a home. Students will also learn how to visualize a building in terms of how to draw it in plan, elevation and section and they will create their own small set of architectural plans of their home. They will also learn how to calculate the area of rooms/stairs/ramps, etc… and estimate the total cost of construction of their design. Everyone’s design will be different and there is no wrong way. Design kit is included in the price and it will be mailed to your address. Let’s play, learn, and design together!

Group Architecture Classes

This dynamic group class is designed for aspiring young architects with a thirst for exploring architectural wonders from across the globe. Get ready to design your dream home and learn the art of architectural drawings! In just 6 weeks, you’ll create your own set of plans for your dream house. Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect, starting with sketching a floor plan and moving on to site plans, sections, exterior and interior elevations, roof plans, details, and more.

After-School Programs

Welcome to Arkidect Classes, where students aged 4 to 14 dive into the fascinating world of architecture after school. Our programs are designed to support and enhance school lessons, offering a dynamic blend of creativity and education. Through hands-on activities like exploring eco-conscious design principles, experimenting with different materials, honing architectural drawing skills, and crafting intricate 3D models, students expand their knowledge while reinforcing key concepts learned in the classroom. Instructor Coaching & Curriculum Consulting (For Schools & Organizations)

We bring arKIDect’s unique K-12 workshops into public, private and charter schools. This program is designed to make learning engaging, fun, and educational for young minds. We will equip your team with the skills and knowledge to effectively teach architecture to children. Kids will learn through the fun disciplines of architecture, engineering and design. Programs are adapted and customized to the appropriate age level.
