Enjoy customized, 1-on-1 private architecture class! Personalized learning aims to customize learning for each student’s strengths, needs, skills and interests.
In this class students will be introduced to the basics of architecture and design. First, students will explore famous architects, building types and iconic buildings from around the world.
Then, they will learn the fundamental elements of designing a home. Students will also learn how to visualize a building in terms of how to draw it in plan, elevation and section and they will create their own small set of architectural plans of their home.
They will also learn how to calculate the area of rooms/stairs/ramps, etc… and estimate the total cost of construction of their design.
Everyone’s design will be different and there is no wrong way. Design kit is included in the price and it will be mailed to your address. Let’s play, learn, and design together!

Get ready to design your dream home and learn the art of architectural drawings! In just 6 weeks, you’ll create your own set of plans for your dream house. Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect, starting with sketching a floor plan and moving on to site plans, sections, exterior and interior elevations, roof plans, details, and more.”
Are you ready to walk into the house that you build? During this one-on-one class, we will be using a program called Sketchup.
We will begin by learning some of the more common tools Sketchup has to offer. From there, we will be building a simple 3-D model of a house.
Along the way, we will talk about the basic architectural aspects of a house and how it should be built to print correctly.
This exciting class combines the creative power of Cricut cutting machines with the fascinating world of architecture to engage and inspire young learners. Through hands-on activities, students will explore architectural concepts and design, enhancing their problem-solving and artistic skills while having fun with cutting-edge technology.
